About the Service
Profitable Baker provides software tools to help bakeries manage recipes, ingredients, costs, orders, analytics, and related operational data.
Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding your login credentials, and ensuring that all activity under your account complies with applicable law.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features require an active subscription. Prices, billing intervals, renewals, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout before purchase. Your subscription may renew automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
Payments Through Lemon Squeezy
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through our checkout. This means Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, tax collection where applicable, and certain billing, refund, and chargeback operations connected with the transaction.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Billing Management
Requests related to subscription cancellation, billing details, payment methods, or refunds may be managed through Lemon Squeezy customer billing tools. We may also help coordinate support requests, but refund decisions and payment handling may be subject to Lemon Squeezy policies and the terms shown at checkout.
User Content and Data
You retain ownership of the business data you submit to the platform. You grant Profitable Baker the limited rights necessary to host, process, back up, and display that data for the purpose of operating the service.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the business.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will remain available indefinitely.

The platform may rely on or link to third-party services, including Lemon Squeezy for billing. We are not responsible for third-party products, content, policies, or service availability except to the extent required by law.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continued service creates legal, technical, or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals, but access may continue through the end of the current paid billing period when applicable.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
